The precise deliverables will be agreed before work begins. Depending on the accepted scope, support may include:

• Guidance on communicating the event to its intended audience.
• Preparation support and agreed follow-up.

SupportUKtoday welcomes ideas that align with awareness, community participation, lived experience and practical support.

An event may relate to a particular cause or campaign, but SupportUKtoday does not automatically endorse, represent or fund the organisations involved. Any partnership, charity involvement or use of another organisation's name must be agreed appropriately.

Where donations are involved, they should be made through the relevant charity's official channels.

These are examples, not a guarantee of acceptance or delivery.

1. Submit your idea. Explain the activity, its purpose and the people you hope to reach.
2. Initial review. SupportUKtoday considers the proposal and the assistance requested.
3. Agree the scope. If accepted, the proposed services, deliverables, responsibilities and relevant arrangements are confirmed.
4. Pay the fee. Pay the £200 Event Support Fee once your request has been accepted and the agreed scope is clear.
5. Complete registration. Return to this page and complete the registration form as instructed.
6. Planning and coordination. Work begins according to the agreed scope and schedule.
7. Prepare for the event. Complete the agreed activities and responsibilities, including any tasks that remain with the organiser.

The £200 fee pays for the agreed SupportUKtoday services. It does not automatically cover venue hire, refreshments, equipment, insurance, travel, advertising, accessibility arrangements, permits, external suppliers or other event expenses.

Any additional costs must be identified and agreed separately before commitments are made. The event organiser remains responsible for expenses and responsibilities assigned to them in the agreed arrangements.

SupportUKtoday does not guarantee attendance, fundraising results, sponsorship, charity participation or the success of an event. Any required permissions, safeguarding arrangements, insurance and legal responsibilities must be addressed for the specific activity.

Before paying, make sure you understand what is included, what is excluded, the expected support period and the arrangements if the event changes or cannot proceed.

S'port Me Today is the shared supporter identity within SupportUKtoday. It provides a way to engage with multiple causes, campaigns and community activities through one recognisable identity.

The Event Support Package is a separate service. Purchasing it does not automatically provide Enhanced Membership, guarantee event approval or create an endorsement by any charity involved.

Purchasing the Event Support Package does not automatically grant permission to use SupportUKtoday or S'port Me Today logos, branding or identity. Any such permission must be approved separately.
